angelica asked:
At my last doctor’s appointment, my doctor referred me to see a podiatrist. I have type 2 diabetes. My feet are a little try around the heels. I know it’s probably just a precaution. My appointment is tomorrow. When he asks me why I am there, all I think I’m going to say is “I don’t know.” Other people with type 2 diabetes that I know have not had to see one. What should I expect?

For about 3 weeks the top of my right foot has been numb, and it hasn’t been injured in any way. I went to the E.R. because I don’t have a regular doctor and they tested my blood sugar and it was only in the 120s so they said I didn’t have diabetes. They said psoriasis could possibly be causing it but they really didn’t know.
